Digital Products

‘Digital Products’ relates to all purchases made on this website in any format

By purchasing any Digital Product via this site, you are agreeing that you have given us your consent to use this site and are of such an age to do so. You may not use any product purchased through this site for unlawful or unauthorised purpose, and these Terms of Service set out the agreement between Lea Creative Ltd and the client. As the client, you agree to these Terms by checking the box in the online cart before purchase.

  1. Usage
    The client will have lifetime access to the products once purchased.
  2. License
    The company grants the client an non-sublicensable, non-transferable, exclusive product that may not be copied or shared with any third party.  The client may use the Digital Product for their own use only.
  3. Delivery
    Digital Products will be delivered via email by a timescale agreed upon, not exceeding fourteen days after the purchase. Videos are delivered via Loom and Lea Creative Ltd is in no way responsible for third party websites and can not be held responsible for Loom website and any difficulty the client experiences therein. The video will be a live recording, sent via link to the client and it is the clients responsibility to watch the video. Lea Creative Ltd, can not be held responsible for any downloads the client takes part from any websites.   Lea Creative Ltd provides no guarantee of availability of external web servers, hosting or any other technical aspects of third party websites. You agree to view the video via the third party website, but hold us harmless to any difficulties that may arise from using third party websites.  
  4. Content
    All advice expressed in any Digital Product is on a ‘as is’ basis with no warranties or indemnities as to its appropriateness to the clients individual situation. Lea Creative Ltd, takes no responsibility upon the implementation on any advice given or the outcomes of any implementation and can not be held responsible for the reaction to any advice given. If the client disagrees, we accept that every situation is different and all advice given is from the basis of extensive research into ongoing developments and evolving technology and is best suited to the client as we see it at the time. Lea Creative Ltd takes no responsibility if the advice given should no longer be applicable due to advancements in technology that is unforeseen.
  5. Fees & Payment processing
    All fees are listed with the product and the client agrees to compensate Lea Creative Ltd for that fee. Prices may change at any time. If any payment is declined by the online payment processor a new method of payment shall be provided by the Client.
  6. Refund Policy
    We do not provide refunds on any Digital Products due to the nature of them being immediately accessible upon purchase. However, we do want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we also want to give you time to apply strategies provided. If you do believe your situation is under special circumstances and you would like a refund, please contact hello@zoelea.com with your individual request.
  7. Billing information
    Lea Creative Ltd uses payment processers and are not responsible for third-party services. We do not store or collect any payment card details. 

That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their own privacy notice. The payment processors we work with adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties, limitation of liability
    We make every effort to ensure that all Digital Products are accurate and fit for the use of the Client, but we do not guarantee, represent or warrant that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We take no responsibility for the suitability of the products as to the function of use and provide no warranties to this effect. Upon purchase the client agreed to the use of, or the inability to use, is expressly at their own risk.  

    Lea Creative Ltd, or any of it’s affiliates, staff, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers or service providers shall in no case, be liable for any loss, claim, injury or any indirect or direct incidental, special, or exemplary damages, punitive or consequential damages of any kind. This includes, without limitation, lost revenue, loss of profits, business or anticipated benefits whether arising under tort, contract, negligence or otherwise whether or not foreseen, lost savings, loss of data, or any other similar damages of any kind, arising from your use of any services supplied or any products procured using the service or any purchases made through this site, or for any other claim related in any way to a service or product relating to this site.
